Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and click "Forgot password?" —
you'll get a reset link by email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
I was invited to a project but the link doesn't work.
Invite links expire if they're regenerated. Ask whoever invited you to send
a fresh one from the project's Team page.
Scanning a QR sticker opens the wrong page.
Stickers printed before a site move still point at the old address.
Reprint them from Project Settings › Print QR stickers.
My photos won't upload.
Usually a weak site connection — the upload retries when you're back on
signal. If it keeps failing, send us a message with your device and browser.
How do I add my crew?
Have them register with your exact company name and they'll join your
company automatically. To add them to a project, use Project Settings › Team.
